Sudarat focuses on criminal and civil litigation and is experienced in assisting clients in commercial and criminal disputes before the Thai courts. She also advises on corporate matters.
Her practice encompasses intellectual property matters at the mediation stage, as well as representation at the police investigation stage. Her experience includes handling criminal complaints involving embezzlement, defamation, trespass, and document forgery, and supporting clients in responding to and participating in arbitration proceedings.
She has represented clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy and negotiation to courtroom advocacy and enforcement of judgment.
Sudarat is also experienced in navigating complex procedural issues and developing tailored legal strategies to ensure comprehensive and effective representation.
Prior to joining PDLegal, she assisted on estate administration matters, family disputes, and corporate law matters, including the preparation of documentation for company incorporation and registration in Thailand.
Sudarat holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mae Fah Luang University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

- Assisted in high-net-worth individuals in complex civil and criminal disputes arising from loan defaults, including breach of loan agreements, cheque dishonour cases, and enforcement proceedings before the Thai courts, involving claims with an aggregate value of approximately THB 22 billion and affecting more than 507 injured parties against multiple defendants.
- Assisted in criminal proceedings involving fraud, embezzlement, defamation, trespassing, and document forgery and advising clients from the police investigation stage through prosecution and court proceedings.
- Advised corporate and individual clients on commercial disputes, including breach of contract and franchise-related matters, and assisted with pre-litigation strategy, letters of demand, and settlement negotiations.
- Assisted in estate administration proceedings, including petitions for the appointment of estate administrators, coordination with the Office of the Judiciary and Thai embassies in various jurisdictions, and court appearances.
- Assisted in intellectual property disputes, including copyright infringement matters before the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, as well as court-annexed mediation.
- Advised international clients on cross-border dispute resolution and enforcement, including service of foreign court documents in Thailand and coordination with overseas counsel.
