Pam Rujeetanatre Johnson

Pam Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of PDLegal Australia and a member of the firm’s founding Australian leadership team.

She is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and overall performance of the Australian business, working closely with the firm’s partners and regional leadership to strengthen PDLegal’s presence in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific.

Pam oversees PDLegal Australia’s business operations, financial performance, people and culture, client engagement, business development and market strategy. She is focused on building a commercially strong, high-performing and sustainable legal practice while supporting the delivery of responsive, practical and client-focused services.

With professional experience spanning the real estate sector, business operations and client relationship management, Pam brings a commercially focused and entrepreneurial perspective to the firm’s leadership. She has particular strengths in organisational development, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and identifying opportunities for growth.

Originally from Bangkok and now based in Sydney, Pam also plays an active role in developing PDLegal Australia’s regional relationships. Her understanding of the Australian and Southeast Asian business environments supports the firm’s cross border capabilities and its relationship across the region.

Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which complements her practical and relationship-focused approach to leadership and organisational development.

She is also a Justice of the Peace for New South Wales and a registered real estate agent in New South Wales. Pam remains active in Sydney’s business community and is committed to building a modern, collaborative and commercially focused legal business founded on strong leadership and long-term relationships. Pam speaks English and Thai.
