Korakod (Gink) Jittimaporn

  • Counsel
  • Advocate & Solicitor (Thailand)

With over 15 years of experience, Korakod Jittimaporn is a Counsel in PDLegal’s Dispute Resolution Practice.

A dispute resolution lawyer with extensive experience in complex civil, criminal, regulatory, employment, real estate, construction, anticorruption and shareholder disputes, she acts for Thai and international clients across a broad range of contentious matters. She has represented clients on high-value corporate disputes, securities and fraud-related proceedings, labour disputes, construction claims, inheritance disputes and regulatory investigations.

Before joining private practice in one of Thailand’s leading law firms, Korakod served as a public prosecutor with Thailand’s Office of the Attorney General, where she gained significant courtroom and prosecutorial experience. Her background as both a former prosecutor and litigation counsel enables her to provide clients with strategic, practical and commercially focused advice in sensitive and high-stakes disputes.

Korakod has represented clients in matters involving allegations under Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Act, bid-rigging and procurement-related misconduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance, shareholder rights, asset recovery, unfair termination, non-compete obligations, lease disputes and real estate ownership issues. She has also advised multinational corporations, listed companies, family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, government agencies and international law firms on Thai litigation, investigations and regulatory risk.

Her recent experience includes successfully defending a global water, hygiene, and energy technology company in Thai civil proceedings, securing the dismissal of fraud allegations against a listed energy solutions provider and its directors and obtaining emergency injunctive relief in a multi-billion-baht renewable energy shareholder dispute.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Thammasat University, Thailand, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Kent, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and an ordinary member of the Thai Bar.

Korakod is fluent in English and Thai.
