Announcement of New Hires

Peter Doraisamy LLC’s latest hires expand its Litigation, Corporate & Shipping practice.

Louis’ experience covers a wide spectrum of practice areas including commercial and civil litigation, fraud and asset recovery and general corporate practice.

In particular, Louis has assisted in a representative action to recover monies and assets from sham and façade companies which were incorporated to defraud various investors. Louis has also assisted in the drafting of hire-purchase and leasing e-contracts for an automotive and financing company which provides its customers with the option of entering into said contracts on a digital platform.

Dylan’s practice areas encompass commercial and civil litigation and corporate practice.

Before joining Peter Doraisamy LLC, Dylan trained at an established local law firm where he assisted with a variety of matters, including debt and capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions and advisory work in relation to companies.

Dylan’s experience covers the drafting and review of corporate contracts and advisory work in relation to corporate matters. In particular, Dylan has assisted in a cross-border share and asset purchase transactions involving a listed company, as well as advisory work for local start-ups and statutory bodies.

Feng Zhuo’s experience extends to corporate commercial and civil litigation and shipping matters. Feng Zhuo also works closely with the partners on China-related matters.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin and is proficient in translation work from English to Chinese and vice versa. She is also able to understand French as well as conversational Spanish and Italian.
